Hansa has been practicing Iyengar yoga since 2005 by teaching and sharing her love for it at several fitness clubs. Her friendly, down to earth approach to yoga has helped to make it accessible to people of all ages and abilities. She has developed her own unique style of teaching where she combines mixed ability in one class, whether it is a beginner, intermediate or even someone who is pregnant. Her classes are quite challenging although at the end of the class one is left completely relaxed. Yoga is not just for the strong or flexible it can be enjoyed by everyone. Her Pranayama (breath work) techniques are of great help to all.
Hansa has trained in UK with Ruth White in the Iyengar style of yoga and was certified as Yoga Alliance RYS 500 Hours teacher in May 2010 when she completed two and half years B K S Iyengar Yoga diploma course.
